Lisa Bills Lambert Life Timeline

1959               Born Aug 26 New Kensington, Pennsylvania

                        Had older brother Keith South Bills (5 Apr 1958)

1962or3         Moved to Chillicothe, Ohio 10 Coventry Court

a.    Two brothers born here Craig Pope Bills (10 April 62) and Kevin Lee Bills (25 Sep 64)

1965or6         Moved to Lebanon, Pennsylvania

1967               Dad worked for Alcoa

                        a. Sister born Suzanne Bills (14 Jan 67) 

1967               Early August moved to Suriname, South America her Family only members of the church in the whole country

1967               Aug 26 Baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in a river off of the road to Peranam. The first member of the church baptized in Suriname, South America

1969               Moved to Jamaica

1970’s             Bills and Whittikar families only members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints they would trade off having church services. One man is baptized and he got another man at work interested and baptized. Lisa is a witness of the LDS church beginnings in Jamaica

1970               Her brother born Randal Neil Bills (18 Mar 71) in Jamaica

1972               Awarded Queen Guide Badge (unique honor as they had to petition to England as she was not an English subject)

1972               Father is laid off from Alcoa when the aluminum market dropped. They move to North Logan, Utah in May

1972               Lisa discovers MUSIC in a life-changing way. 

1976               Family moves to Benson, Utah

1977               Graduates from Skyview High School 10^thin a class of 535 students. Applies to Utah State and gets an academic scholarship. Majors in Nutrition 

1978               Drops out of school for a semester and works in Vending Services.

1978               Goes to Mammoth Hot Springs in May and works in Yellowstone until the end of August. 

1978               Working in Yellowstone on June 8^thand heard the news from a young man that the church was giving all men the priesthood!

1978               Goes back to Utah State Majors in Elementary Education. Played in the Marching Band

1979               Decides to major in Music Education Played in the Marching Band and had opportunities to be part of many musical groups – choir, orchestra, PEP band, Marching Band and Ensembles

1980               Secretary for the Band – organizing and being part of Music Theory – playing music everywhere

1980               Family moves to Hyde Park, Utah. Bishop calls Lisa in and asks if she will serve a mission 

1981               January 31 called to serve in Belgian Antwerp Mission reporting to the MTC on March 19     

1982               Family moves to Gabbs, Nevada

1982               September Lisa comes back to Gabbs, Nevada from Belgian mission works with children for 3 months and gets ready to go back to school.

1983               January – drove up with the family to be dropped off for school at Utah State and lived on Darwin Avenue. Retook last semester of school and still majoring in Music Education, which was a perfect fit. Played and toured with the “Sounds of Zion”

1983               Moved in the fall to 637 East 600 North in Logan and became the Relief Society President. Served in the ward as a gospel doctrine teacher and Music also.

1984               Sang and toured with “Sounds of Zion”

1984               Nominated and asked to play in the Olympics the first two weeks of August played Cymbals 

1985               Family moves to Tempe, Arizona Suzanne stays with another family in Gabbs to finish graduation then moves to Tempe also

1985               Graduated in the Spring with a Music Education degree and went on to do her Student Teaching

1985               Summer called to be the music production coordinator for the upcoming Martin Harris Pageant “The Man Who Knew” Organized a group of music copyists and arranged the scores, was the quality control person

1986               Student Teaching at Cashe Middle School from January to March. Bought her first car for $1650.00. (paid a $100 a month) After getting her teaching certificate she was offered some really great jobs but wanted to be married and have children.

1986               August 31 packed up and went to Arizona with parents in Tempe. Worked for a long-distance phone company. Found a large community of LDS singles.

1987               Group of Single adults traveled from Mesa, Arizona to Catalina Island, California for Labor Day. Gave up Symphony tickets to go. Met the brother of a friend named Ralph Eric Lambert (7 Oct 55)

1987               October 1 Lisa fly’s up to visit Ralph in the Bay Area (a practical joke from her boss and others ask her about the earthquake and broken runways in the Bay Area)

1987               November Lisa is invited to drive over with Kevin (Ralphs brother) to visit with the Lamberts for Thanksgiving – they had the “hypothetically speaking” discussion

1987               Christmas Ralph flew down to be with his parents for the day and then went to Arizona the next day and on December 28 they got engaged

1988               Lisa flew to the Bay Area to visit Ralph in February

1988               April 6 Ralph with her boss and company and family surprises Lisa with a bridal shower

1988               April 16 Ralph Lambert and Lisa Bills were married for Time and Eternity in the Mesa Arizona Temple in Mesa, Arizona

1988               They live in Pleasant Hill for 11 months in an apartment. Lisa works for Bank of America

1989               The Lamberts move into their first home 3379 Moretti Drive in Concord and attend the Concord Third Ward (LDS Church)

1990               Amy Suzanne Lambert is born February 8 to Lisa and Ralph Lambert

1992               Kristy Marie Lambert is born on April 25^thto Lisa and Ralph Lambert

1992               Four months later Lisa is made the Relief Society President in the Concord Third Ward (LDS)

1995               Eric Jay Lambert was born July 25^thto Lisa and Ralph Lambert

1998               The Lambert family moves to 4249 Wilson Lane in Concord on May 15

1999               Called to be Relief Society President in the Clayton Valley First Ward (LDS)

2000               September 13 Kylie Leone Lambert born to Lisa and Ralph Lambert

2000               Plays piano for the kindergarteners at Mountain View Elementary

2000               October Kylie in the hospital with Viral Meningitis

2002               Playing at Mountain View for Kindergarten, 1^stand 2^ndgrades

2004               Took 4 kids for the summer to Utah get ready and perform in Manti Pageant 

2005               Cross country trip to Martins Cove, Black Hills, President’s faces, Harry Potter’s seventh book 

2005               September diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer stage 3 B - begin Chemotherapy on 14^th

2006               Modified Mastectomy January 17^th
2006               Lisa starts radiation, Amy practices her driving taking Lisa to/from radiation

2007               September, Family goes to Disneyland Best Trip Ever!

2008               June, Amy graduated from Concord High School

2008               Amy goes to BYU Provo

2010               June Kristy graduated from Concord High School

2010               Kristy goes to Utah State      

2011               Amy goes on a Mission to Brazil Maceio 

2012               New bumps found     

2012               May 12 New treatment plan started Stage 4 for “little bumps” Lisa found

2012               Amy comes home from mission on December 19

2012               Everyone home for a fabulous Christmas with traditions and fun events for 2 ½ weeks

2013               2nd Mastectomy on March 25^th

2013               Kristy goes on a mission June 26 to North Carolina Charlotte 

2013               June Eric graduated from Concord High School

2013               Eric goes to Utah State

2014               March, Another round of Chemo at UCSF, Clinical phase 2 trials

2014               First stake in Jamaica is organized June 7-8 with 5,712 members, 19 congregations and 1 mission

2014               September 17 Eric goes to the Texas San Antonio Spanish speaking Mission


2016               Kristy and Jordon Tolman married September 21
2017               Eric and Charisse married May 21
2018               Lisa Bill Lambert died on February 8, Amy's 28 birthday
